The Karagiannis family has a long tradition of excellence in the restaurant business. The four Karagiannis brothers opened up the first Spiro's Restaurant in 1975, on Natural Bridge Road, across from University of Missouri, St. Louis. With their unique ethnic cuisine, they quickly established a reputaiton for quality food and service. This location became the first choice of college students and faculty who wanted a great meal at a good value.
Since that time, they have continued to grow and serve the St. Louis community. The brothers have branched off and opened up several other restaurants, even daring to go beyond their famous Greek cuisine. At all of their locations, they bring with them the same commitment to "fine dining at an excellent value" that made the original Spiro's restaurant so successful.
